Our basic party package is $ 17.00* per child, and includes:

• A host or hostess to take the stress out planning and running the party! 
• Make-Your-Own Ice Cream Sundae
  • Child chooses any flavor of ice cream
  • Unlimited toppings at our toppings table (let us know of any allergies)
  • You can skip a birthday cake if you wish and use our Sundae to sing Happy Birthday!
• Pizza from Nicky's Firehouse Pizza, the best pizza in Madison!!
• A McCool's Ice Cream Scoopon for each guest, good for a free scoop on their next visit.  Valued at  $ 3.20 each, and a great bonus for party favors
• Age-appropriate games/activities to entertain the kids, such as;
  • Ice cream bingo
  • Pin the cherry on the ice cream sundae
  • Playdough table
  • Party-themed Coloring pages
• Juice, soda or water
• Balloon for each child
• Party Set up and Clean up
• Table settings (tablecloths and paper products)
• Age appropriate music played throughout the party
• Candles provided for birthday child's sundae to sing happy birthday

All you have to do is bring your birthday child and show-up!!

>  Parties are 1 ^1/2 hours long, typically starting between 11 and 11:30am.  During winter weekdays, we can start as late as 1pm.

> 10 child minimum / 25 child maximum.

> We do parties right in our store. Based on party size and our operating schedule, we will continue to serve non-party customers (take-out only in some cases).  

> Outside food/drink not allowed (exceptions can be made, but call us to discuss)

>To reserve a party, a non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required.  If your party date has to be changed due to circumstances beyond your control, we will do our best to accommodate the situation. 

 * Excludes 15% gratuity  & sales tax which will be added to final bill.

Craft $3.50 per child

• Tiaras & Wands to decorate and wear home

Other Additions

You may bring a filled pull-string piñata  which we can hang from our ceiling.  We have contacts for magicians and clowns who have performed in our store in the past.  See links below.
